Rick Hegberg is Senior Vice President of World Wide Sales for ATI Technologies Inc. Mr. Hegberg is responsible for the overall management of ATI's world wide sales organization, as well as for achieving the Company's global sales revenue and customer satisfaction objectives in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), systems integration, distribution and retail channels. He also works closely with ATI's original design manufacturer (ODM) and add-in-board (AIB) manufacturer partners to support the expanding systems integrator marketplace. His strong background in semiconductor sales, sales management and business management will be a tremendous asset to ATI as it continues to move away from primarily selling boards to a more chip-focused, higher-margin business model.

Prior to joining ATI, Mr. Hegberg was the Chief Executive Officer of NetOctave, a networking startup based in North Carolina, and served as Vice President of North America Sales for Agere Systems (formerly Lucent Microelectronics). He has also held senior management positions at Trident Microsystems and VLSI Technology.

Mr. Hegberg earned a Bachelor of Science and Electrical Engineering degree at Marquette University.
